How to read this

Every datum on this panel carries its certainty level in brackets; a datum without a label is a methodological error. If there is no source, the system says "no report" — it never invents.

  • [V]Verified — confirmed against the primary source, in hand.
  • [E]Estimated — three independent sources or a model with a declared method.
  • [P]Proxy — inferred from digital platform footprints.
  • [O]Observation — dated record from the field team.
  • [D]Design — project parameter or decision; it does not measure the world.
  • [S]Synthesis — the project’s interpretation of already-labeled data.
  • [Pr]Projection — a claim about the future with a dated falsification condition.

Every subsystem declares its origin: LIVE (running today), SIMULATED (session maquette only) or DESIGN (specification with a verifiable maturity signal).
